How To Submit To Wedding Blogs

We are always on the lookout for inspiration for any wedding-related pretty for our BridalPod readers. We love receiving submissions from suppliers and couples. We've evolved! Submissions published {or not yet} on other local wedding blogs are welcome. Couples and suppliers would want to share their weddings with the rest of the world and so would we!

What exactly are we looking for? A diversity of wedding style – from romantic, eclectic, retro, art-deco, whimsical, shabby chic, rustic, themed, traditional minimalist and bold modern with of course a spectrum of styles wedding photography – traditional, photo-journalistic, portraiture, etc.

Good quality images are extremely important and gorgeous aesthetic photographs, a huge plus. Please browse through our blog to get an idea of what we are looking for.

HOW TO SUBMIT REQUIREMENTS

COUPLE SUBMISSION
If you wish your wedding or engagement to be featured – a link to your wedding, that's posted on your photographer's website/Facebook page will help us to preview, will be appreciated. Please have your official photographer submit the official images directly to us and follow the guidelines listed here.

PHOTOGRAPHER (Official only)

For starter, send us a link (Facebook album or Website) to the particular wedding/engagement/editorial shoot that you want us to feature for preview. We are very particular about these aesthetic details beautifully photographed {couple portraits, entourage, bouquet, cake, invitation, rings, event's decoration, table décor}. If you have these, your submission will have a great chance of being featured.
If approved , we'll send you an email to ask for the set ->
- Photos of singular images at 640 pixel or 700 pixel wide including 'portrait' images preferably without borders, and organized by folder {getting ready, ceremony, reception, portraits} in a zip file folder {filename: Photographer's business name}.
- Please include the following information when submitting – bride & groom's names, email address, Facebook account, Instagram account, and wedding date.
Short article/write-up for the feature. Please write in the third person. The submitted article will be considered as a draft that will be polished (if needed) and proofread.
